The objective of this solicitation is to obtain the services of multiple consultants with the capability to
provide a variety of professional services. The services sought by the City may include, whether in part or in whole, but
not limited to: 1. Architecture / Landscape Architecture 2. Planning & Urban Design 3. Civil Engineering 4. Construction
Management 5. Electrical Engineering 6. Environmental Engineering 7. Mechanical Engineering - HVAC, Plumbing & Fire
Sprinkler 8. Structural Engineering 9. Traffic Engineering & Transportation Consulting 10. Water Resources / Water
Supply Firms are not limited to submit proposals to one discipline. This solicitation is issued in accordance with the
consultants Competitive Negotiation Act, Section 287.055, Florida Statutes.
