Professional After-Hours Call Solution for City
The City is soliciting sealed proposals from experienced and qualified Service Providers who are interested in entering into a multi-year Service Contract to provide a professional After-Hours Call Solution to the City. The Services shall involve answering certain calls directed to specific City Departments after normal business hours. The Selected Provider must be familiar with and have experience performing similar services for professionals, other municipalities or government agencies. The initial term of the Contract shall be for a twenty-four (24) month period of time and shall include three (3) additional twelve (12) month options to be exercised upon the agreement of all parties.
