Production of Instructional Video
The University is soliciting proposals from qualified color training DVD producers (Bidder/Contractor) to furnish, FOB destination, an instructional color training DVD. Contractor shall create a 30-minute color training video demonstrating the chronological procedures within the context of a farmer initiating conversion to a conservation cropping system from a conventional cropping system, with a primary focus on the importance of pre-planning before making the conversion.
