Production Mobile Unit Design & Construction
The University Center for Public Television (UNC‐TV) intends to purchase a Production
Mobile Unit. The project is fully committed as part of a long term upgrade of UNC‐TVs facilities supported by the State of North Carolina. Though this RFP seeks a not to exceed proposal and commitment to build by a date certain agreed upon by UNC‐TV and the successful bidder this RFP does not provide detailed design guidelines and equipment lists. Rather it is the intent of UNC‐TV to engage a turnkey supplier who will commit to a design process which will include value engineering and strong project management necessary to achieve
success within budget and delivery by the agreed upon date.
