Production, Media Buying and Public Relations Services
The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to acquire production, media planning and buying, and public relations services for a statewide social marketing and public relations campaign. The purpose of the campaign is to promote the benefits and services of the Florida AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) throughout the state and to increase enrollment in the ADAP.
