Product Distribution Centre Summer and Winter Coveralls Outerwear
The Ministry of Citizen Services, the Product Distribution Centre, invites interested proponents to submit responses for the provision of supplying Coveralls both lined (winter) and unlined (summer). The purpose of this RFP is to establish a non-exclusive Partnership Agreement (the Agreement) between the Product Distribution Centre and Proponent(s) as set out the terms and conditions by which the Product Distribution Centre and Proponent(s) will provide summer and winter coveralls to Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement.
The successful respondent(s) will supply qualified product(s) on an as, if, and when requested basis. The Ministry of Citizen Services, the Product Distribution Centre, may issue more than one Purchase Order for this product the initial term is anticipated to begin upon receipt of signed Purchase Order and ending October 31, 2011. At the sole discretion of the Product Distribution Centre, the contract may be extended for an additional 2 - 1 year terms. Pricing will be held firm for the first 2 years and at the sole discretion of the Product Distribution Centre may negotiate the pricing for the additional years.
