Procurement of various fuel products to support posts, camps and stations for the Department of Defense throughout Honduras.
DLA Energy intends to issue solicitation SPE600-14-R-0205 on or about July 14, 2014 to cover ground fuel requirements for various locations in Honduras. The ordering period will be January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2017. The total estimated quantity over the three year ordering period is 11,738,450 USG. The fuels to be solicited are as follows: 8,139,987 USG Diesel Fuel #2 (DF2)/NSN: 9140-00-286-5294, 250,360 USG Gasoline, Regular Unleaded (MUR)/NSN: 9130-00148-7103 and 3,348,103USG Jet Fuel, Aviation (JA1)/NSN: 9130-00-753-5026.
Contracts awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a Requirements type contract, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustments. The pricing structure will be based on Platts Caribbean, and includes all non-exempt taxes and/or fees, and transportation.
All responsible sources are invited to submit offers. DLA Energy anticipates conducting negotiations with Offerors submitting proposal under the subject solicitation SPE600-14-R-0205.
