Procurement of a One System Remote Video Terminal, Quantity of 137 Mobile Directional Antenna Systems (MDAS) in support of Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Operations
This procurement is only available through Textron Systems, 124 Industry Ln. Hunt Valley, MD 21030-3342 under the authority of other than full and open competition 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR subpart 6.302-1(a)(2). Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources and no Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
This proposed contract action is to procure a quantity of 137 Mobile Directional Antenna Systems in support of Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Operations. It is anticipated that award will be a Firm Fixed Price modification to the current One System Remote Video Contractor Logistics Support contract (W58RGZ-13-C-0016) for a period of 12 months after contract award. All responsible sources may submit a quote to the email address in this notice. All submissions must be received by April 9, 2015.
The proposed contract action will be for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their intest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting a proposal. However, all proposals received by the response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contact based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
