Provide design, engineering, mock-ups, manufacture, assembly, testing, delivery, materials, tools, equipment, performance and acceptance testing for 200 new heavy rail transit vehicles (Vehicles), ready for revenue service as an integral part of the Districts transportation system, and associated program management, in-service support, publications, warranty, training and data, two (2) Options of 250 Vehicles each, two (2) Options of 75 Vehicles each, and one (1) Option of 150 Vehicles, subject to the availability of funding.
