The Singapore Tourism Board ("STB") would like to invite interested vendors to submit their proposals on the Leasing of Photocopier. STB would like to conduct an exercise for the procurement of STBNY Photocopier Leasing 2018-2023.
The successful vendor will be required to provide a photocopier for lease with the following specifications:
a)Multifunction equipment that will provide
Printing
Copying
Scanning
Faxing
b) Full color and black/white with minimum speed for 35ppm, double sided (8.5x11, 8.5x14, 11x17) with resolution of 600 x 600 dpi, and with network capability.
c) Service and maintenance included
d) Specify number of copies (full color & b/w) included in the contract and specify how much if over the amount.
e) Toner/Ink included with the contract
f) Free trade-ups
