Procurement of Lease Agreement
Procurement of a Lease Agreement payable in equal monthly payments for a period of 35
months commencing October 15, 2009 for student/staff use and occupancy on campus, 1-
story, 'DSA' compliant Manufactured Relocatable Buildings EQUIPMENT (date of
manufacturer within 5 years of October 15, 2009), Type V-NR construction, B and E
Occupancies, consisting of: 2-12 x 40 restroom buildings with customary plumbing fixtures
and partitions, 1- 96x40 student store building with floor dead load of 150 lbs/sf (min) with
interior demising partitions, restroom and attached raised loading dock with roll up door, 3-
72x40 total general office buildings,1-60x40 general office building, 1-24'x40' general office
building with interior demising partition and interior restroom, 1-24x40 classroom building
together with doors, locksets, windows, whiteboards-fire extinguishers, clocks, finishes,
suspended acoustic ceilings, signage, VCT flooring, roll up window shading, power, lighting,
plumbing, HVAC, including rough-ins (conduits and boxes) for fire alarm system and
data/telecomm systems (wiring/cabling furnished by others). All PROCUREMENT shall be
compliant to DSA and other governing agencies codes, ordinances and regulations with
onsite continuous inspection by a DSA Inspector furnished and paid by DISTRICT. Efforts
associated with delivery/setup (including foundation supports and setting) together with ADA
path of travel (ramping/steps for ingress and egress attached to the building(s), tear down
and removal from site at conclusion of lease are a part of the lease agreement to be billed
and payable as lump sum amounts at the completion of such efforts, separate and in
addition to the monthly lease payments.
