Procurement of Benches and Trash
The City is soliciting sealed bids from financially stable vendors of outdoor furnishings or park furnishings and equipment who are interested in entering into a Contract to provide the City with:
1.) Approximately ten (10) heavy gauge, contemporary, outdoor steel benches of a simple slotted design (no ornate patterns of any type will be acceptable) with arm rests, black in color, finished in a powder coat finish that is resistant to rusting, chipping, fading and peeling when exposed to exteme weather conditions and continuous outdoor use. The benches the City are interested in procuring will be six (6) feet in length, and / or eight (8) feet in length, and / or ten (10) feet in length depending upon the location selected for each of the benches and the bid prices received.
2.) Approximately six (6) open-type (no top) trash receptacles of a matching style, color and finish that come equipped with removable / replaceable plastic liners that will not retain nor collect liquids and / or rain water.
3.) All items must be complete when received by the City and must come with a mounting kit appropriate for use in securely mounting the items to a pre-poured concrete base.
