The Government proposes to acquire on a Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a quantity of 100 MIN/ 300 MAX each of Processor, Signal DA, NSN: 1270-01-544-6370, Part Number: 1209-2013-FA applicable to the BJ Apache weapon system. Production lead time is 203 days after contract award with deliveries to Texarkana, TX, 75507-5000. This item is restricted to Honeywell International, INC. (Cage Code 1M8L7). The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
