Process Definition and Controls Implementation
This RFP is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of consulting services to assist in the definition of OPA business processes along with the design of appropriate management controls.
The Preferred Proponent will provide assistance to the OPA in the process definition and development of management controls for a limited number of identified business processes.
