Pro-Bono Management Consulting Services - nonprofit new function area

The non-profit Partnership for Food Safety Education is seeking pro-bono management consulting services to inform the organization's leadership on how best to advance a new core function area for the benefit of the thousands of health educators and millions of consumers the Partnership serves nationwide. This project will help the Partnership to examine its' internal and external capacities for implementing a recent set of recommendations for initiating a new function area in measurement and evaluation.
We want to work with a professional services firm that is interested in this opportunity to:
1) Analyze the Partnership's internal and external capacities for performing evaluation and measurement in the field of consumer food safety education.
2) Develop a multi-year budget for the initiation of evaluation and measurement as a core organization function area.
3) Analyze PFSE revenue streams for all core function areas, and explore the soundness of the link between PFSE's business model, PFSE strategy and PFSE resource planning.
We believe this pro-bono support is imperative to the future success of the Partnership for Food Safety Education, and to improved private-public cooperation in developing excellence in food safety education across the United States.
