Private Street Conversion
Work under this item shall consist of furnishing hot mix asphalt composed of
mineral aggregate and asphalt binder, mixed in a central mixing plant and placed on a
prepared course in accordance with these specifications and conformance to the lines,
grades, thickness and typical cross sections shown on the plans or as directed by the
Engineer. Where reference is made to MHD Standard Specifications, Form 1995 shall
apply for section references; latest edition shall apply for specifications.
