Private Markets Software and Back Office Services
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain Proposals to solely or collectively serve as ERS subsidiary private markets accounting system and maintain full details of general partner activities for easy on-line access by ERS. In addition, other services to support the back offices will be required. These include, but are not limited to, data input, review, and validation of partnership activities and financial reporting, portfolio valuation and performance reporting, along with accounting and cash flow reporting for each partnership investment at the fund and portfolio company/property level. It also requires notification, monitoring, and validation of partnership funding commitments, capital calls, disbursements, and netted fees.
