entities desiring to manage and operate the State Veterans Cemetery, beginning approximately on January 1, 2012. The Board will consider proposals submitted by state agencies, firms, joint ventures, or other business arrangements that demonstrate the ability to operate and manange the Cemetery on behalf of the Board within guidelines established by the Board and the VA.
