Private Equity Discretionary Separate Account Manager for the Texas Permanent School Fund
It is the intent of the State Board of Education (SBOE) to solicit proposals from Private Equity Managers (Manager) to build a broadly diversified private equity portfolio, in a separate account (fund-of-one) structure for the Texas Permanent School Fund (TPSF). The mandate will be discretionary in nature.
The proposal is subject to the requisite Minimum Qualifications and Scope of Work.
