The National Trust is the principal sponsor of the annual National Preservation Conference, a meeting designed to bring together persons interested in the preservation of America's historic and cultural resources for a week of educational and outreach programs. The 2005 National Preservation Conference (the "Conference") will be held in Portland, Oregon beginning on September 27, 2005. It is anticipated that approximately 2,000 persons will attend the Conference. A Preliminary Program and Registration brochure will be mailed to members and prospective registrants beginning in June 2005. Each registrant will receive a copy of the Final Program and a guide to the events scheduled during the week known as the ASchedule-at-a-Glance@. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain competitive bids from firms interested in printing those materials according to the specifications outlined below.
