Printing of the University Student Newspaper

30 regular editions (Option 1), 2 summer editions (Option 1) and 2 breaking news or special coverage/events (Option 2). For example an issue would be printed on Tuesday and then we would like an option to print on Thursday or Friday of the same week if breaking news occurs. (This would happen no more than two times during the contracted academic year.) Also this bid includes the option of printing two issues in the summer (June, July or Aug).
Quantity per issue: Variable, minimum of 4,500 copies. The amount of copies may go up considerably depending on demand.
