Printing of organization's material for a three year period
Proposals are invited for a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the production of the Organization's Printed Material, the LTA will run for period of three years. The category in question covers all of the Organization's printed material.
The Org will require that material are printed on one or other of two preferred materials which will be procured by the Org directly from a paper distributor and shipped to the selected vendor.
The Bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the Proposal and the Organization shall in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the solicitation.
