The intent of this Request for Proposal is to make an award to a firm or individual to print and bind up to 75,000 Commencement and Convocations Programs. At the end of each fall and spring semester, University Ceremonies, Office of the Senior Vice President and the Secretary of the University conduct Commencement and Convocation ceremonies at State University.
