Estimated to be a total of 400,000 copies of the Outreach Catalog, quantity breakdown of run per issue and distribution as described below. University reserves the right to reduce the number of copies or to cancel issues with thirty (30) day notice if budget conditions warrant.

8 14" x 10 34 signature Professional Development version (Portrait) and 10 12" x 8 18" signature Personal Enrichment version (Landscape), or closest web trim, saddle stitched and trimmed to size. Final size should be provided by bidder in their bid submittal.

For both Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 catalogs: 8 14" x 10 34" signature Professional Development version (Portrait) currently estimated at 64 pages plus a 4 page cover; and 10 12" x 8 18" signature Personal Enrichment version (Landscape) currently estimated at 48 pages plus a 4 page cover; printing 100,000 copies of each signature. Each version to have different copy (copy of each version estimated to be released within one week of each other).
