The Office of Purchasing & Contracting on behalf of the Treasurer's Office is seeking to establish purchasing agreements with one or more companies that can provide printing and mailing of newsletters to all active and retired members of the VSRS, VMERS and VSTRS systems. Mailings are semi-annual.
1.2. CONTRACT PERIOD: Contracts arising from this request for proposal will be for a period of 24 months with an option to renew for 2 additional 12 -month periods. Proposed start date will be June 1, 2010.
