Printing and Mailing Services
The following services and products will be provided by the successful Proposer:
2.1Variable data printing, multiple, complex merge fields in letter and reply device that are driven by data.
2.2High quality color printing, that is sharp, saturated and printed on high quality stock.
2.3Regularly consult and give feedback in design and printing process.
2.4Fully automated shop with both digital and off-set printers, custom programming, camera matching, NCOA data services, CASS certification.
2.5Recycled paper and soy inks if possible
2.6Semi-coated stock or similar for full color pieces
2.7Multiple drop mailings.
2.8Postage costs assume non-profit stamps. No indicia.
2.9Annual Project Deliverables: Each year specific project deliverables will be provided to Contractor by University. UO Annual Giving Program will reserves the right to deviate from project deliverables at any time during fiscal year if doing so better allows us to fulfill our fundraising goal and mission.
