Printing and/or Design for an Annual Report

We are a non-profit organization in New York City and we are putting out our 2008 annual report. Our annua; report would actually be due prior to the date of our annual meeting (no earlier than November 19th). We are seeking quotes for both the printing and the design of the brochure. All quotes will be considered, without a preference between companies that can do both and companies that are solely design or printing.
