Printing Services for City Parks Conservancy
The City Parks Conservancy requests that qualified printing companies with experience in environmentally responsible printing submit proposals to provide printing services for
a wide variety of services throughout the year.
Bidders should be able to use 100% recycled paper, low VOC vegetable inks, a chemical-free CTP
(Computer To Plate) production process and it is preferable that they utilize renewable energy
sources as well such as wind or solar powered energy. Proposers are also required to meet
eligibilityrequirements along with written requests to be included in the distribution of requests for
proposals (RFP). MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to apply.

The tentative start date is January 25tfi, 2010. All proposalsmust be received before 4:00pm on
January 15, 2010 either by hand delivery, or via certified mail. No email submissions will be
