Printing Services
SCOPE AND BACKGROUND: The Office is seeking to establish purchasing agreements with one or more companies that can provide printing services for the Pocket Calendar.
CONTRACT PERIOD: Contracts arising from this request for proposal will be for a period of 12 months with an option to renew for 2 additional 12 -month periods. Proposed start date will be May 1, 2010.
CONTRACT VALUE/QUANTITY: The estimated annual value of this contract is $4,000.00.
