Printing: State of CT Title Certificates w/Security Features per specifications
This bid shall cover the Printing of CT Department of Motor Vehicle Title Documents per the specifications listed in Exhibit A. The planning date for this procurement began on February 26, 2008. On average, DMV orders and issues 800,000 Title Documents per year. Over the years there have been issues due to the compromise of required security features on these documents. It is a requirement of this bid that Bidders must be manufacturers. All brokers, distributors, or /or subcontractors are excluded from this bid. DMV is anticipating to make an award to the lowest, responsible, qualified bidder that meets all required specifications. This bid will replace the current contract 05PSX0223. Term of the contract will be August 1, 2008 through July 31, 2010.
