Professional Services to Print and Distribute Property Tax Bills for the City of East Point, Georgia
The City of East Point, Georgia, is soliciting sealed proposals from experienced and qualified service providers who are interested in entering into a multi-year annual contract to provide professional services to the City for the printing and disbursement of the City's real estate and property tax bills. The services shall include, but may not be limited to, the printing of property tax bills, preparation of the printed bills for mailing, and mailing of the printed bills in a timely manner. Specifics regarding the Citys requirements and needs are contained in the official solicitation package.
Experienced and qualified Service Providers wishing to participate in this solicitation MUST obtain a formal solicitation package from the City of East Point, Georgia. Formal solicitation packages may be accessed directly from the City's web site located at http://www.eastpointcity.org. Solicitation packages are not available from the City in person, via fax, U.S. Mail or courier service.
Sealed proposals shall be received on behalf of the City until 4:30 PM on Friday, June 12th, 2009, in the Citys Contracts and Procurement Office located at 1526 East Forrest Avenue, East Point, GA 30344. Proposals received after that time and date shall NOT be accepted nor given award consideration.
This is a solicitation for sealed proposals only. Oral, telephoned, telegraphed, faxed, emailed or otherwise unsealed responses shall be considered invalid and shall not be given any type of award consideration.
