Print Management Solution

The College's intent is to acquire a solution that will authenticate current students, staff, faculty and guests using a database technology that will allow them to use print machine solutions at College locations. The users will be charged an amount per click or page which will be taken out of an account associated to the user's student or employee ID numbers. The system must allow users to add funds to their account through a PCI-compliant web system or through additions made in person at a cashier station.
