Print, Distribute, and Process the City's Utility Bills
The City is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified, experienced, licensed Service Providers who are interested in entering into an annual contract to provide professional services to the City for the daily printing and disbursement of the City’s utility bills, and the processing of incoming mail, including the collection of utility bill payments.
