Principal Combined Fund Drive Organization Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified organizations for
Principal Combined Fund Drive Organization Services (PCFO).
The Board Policy was adopted to provide an opportunity for County employees each year in the fall to have deductions from their salaries and wages to contribute to a combined fund drive organization for designations to a variety of charitable organizations approved by the Board of Supervisors.
Board Policy provides for a single organization to head up the fund drive as the Principal Combined
Fund Drive Organization (PCFO) for a fiveyear period. In the most recent year, $802,000 was raised by County employees for organizations throughout the County.
