Primary Care Physician Services for the Central Western Massachusetts VA Medical Center
The Central Western Massachusetts VA Medical Center has a requirement for one (1) FTE Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Primary Care Physician Services, (MD or DO) who is board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice to provide comprehensive medical care. This position could be located at the Northampton VA, 421 North Main Street or the Greenfield, Springfield or Pittsfield Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC s).
The VA Medical Center is soliciting a Firm-Fixed price contract with a performance period to include a base period of six months from date of award with a six month option to extend.
The NAICS Code is 561320 and the size standard is $27.5 Million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors are technical expertise, past performance and price. Technical expertise and past performance, when combined, are approximately more than price. The solicitation is a set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB). SDVOSB officially approved in VetBiz will receive a Plus Factor of a 5% reduction in price for evaluation purposes only.
