Primary Care Physician Locum 2.0 FTE
This is PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The US Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD. hereinafter referred to as SFVAHCS located at 2501 22nd Street W. Sioux Falls, SD. 57105. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 561320 with a size standard of $27.5 million. The VA will award a firm, fixed price, commercial services contract. Contract use will be limited to Sioux Falls VA Health Care System only. The solicitation will contain requirements for a 6 month base period contract, with one (6month) option to renew. Service will begin September 30, 2018 through March 29, 2019 for the base period. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about August 17, 2018 and will be issued via FedBizOpps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
The Minneapolis VA Health Care System (MVAHCS) requires contractual services to provide their services for 2.0 FTE Primary Care Physician Services for the Sioux Falls VA Medical Center.
The contractor shall provide two Primary Care Physician Services to provide full-time, 80 hours every two-weeks, on-site services in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System.
