Primary Care Medical, Dental and Nursing Services
The OWNER is soliciting proposals from qualified PROPOSER to provide Primary Care Medical, Dental and Nursing
Services to children in custody of the OWNER and those children served by OWNER and public agency partners. The
OWNER wishes to contract with one (1) qualified PROPOSER with a Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC)
designation as a Community Health Center and deemed to be covered under the Federal Tort Claims Act, able to provide
funding to facilitate any modifications needed to the clinic site, and has met the requirements of this RFP
