Primary Care EMR Implementation Support
The Maine Quality Forum, a service of Dirigo Health, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and/or organizations to develop and lead a statewide effort to build and sustain a network of primary care providers implementing electronic medical record systems and coordinate a multi-stakeholder effort to achieve maximum participation in a statewide CMS demonstration project promoting use of electronic health records in primary care practices.
