Pride Toronto - financial audit
Pride Toronto requests proposals from financial audit professionals to devise, plan and execute a financial audit for the 2009 fiscal year.
The budget allocated for this strategy is approximately $15,000 and this will be required to include all fees.
4. Proposal guidelines
Proposals should not exceed five (5) pages and should include:
-A statement of interest
-A description of the proposers previous experience in and of the following fields:
onon-profit organizations
ofestival / entertainment industry
-Three contactable references
5. Strategy timing
The selection of a financial auditor is made by the general membership through voting. This selection will be made at the scheduled meeting on March 26, 2009.
6. Assessment criteria
The Pride Toronto Management Team reserves the right to assess submissions as it sees fit.
7. Proposal logistics
Proposals must be submitted no later than 5pm on Friday March 6th, 2009. Submissions should be sent via email to [email protected].
A maximum of two proposals will be selected for further discussion with the proposers, and contact will be made to schedule a meeting in the following week to finalize the choice of service provider.
8. Confidentiality
As Pride Toronto is a community-driven organization, we would prefer to provide details of our activities in a suitable format at an appropriate time, and therefore we request that the fact and all details of this RFP remain confidential.
