Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) East, MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina has a requirement for preventive maintenance and emergency repairs for Nicolet Avatar iS10/iZ10 and Nicolet 6700 Spectrometers.

It is the Government's intention to issue a firm fixed price requirements contract.  The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13.  The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer.  Award will be issued on an all or none basis.

Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. and ensure their annual representations and certifications are current in SAM.  All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).  Contractors must also be registered with Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance and Property Transfer (iRAPT) previously known as Wide Area Workflow Receiving and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at www.wawf.eb.mil.
