Preventive Maintenance & Service on Chiller
The College is seeking qualified vendors to perform preventive maintenance and services on chillers. Currently there are a total of 20 chillers located on multiple campuses that will require three quarterly preventive maintenance checks and one annual check as specified within this eRFQ. This contract will include emergency and routine repairs outside of preventive maintenance. This contract will be awarded to a single vendor. This contract is for one year with the possibility of four renewals.
