Preventative Maintenance on Sharp Copier Services for the Salt Lake Veterans Affairs Medical Center
SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 4100 East Mississippi Avenue, Suite 900, Glendale, CO 80246 intends to solicit sources to enter into one or more firm-fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts to provide the necessary personnel, labor, equipment and preventative maintenance for Sharp copier services at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System (VASLCHCS). The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, professional expertise, vehicles, tools, materials, services, equipment and quality control to perform maintenance, emergency repairs, repairs, and general service to the Sharp copier. Services shall be for a one-year base period with four one-year pre-priced option periods for renewal. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about July 28, 2014. Proposals submitted shall be due no later than 4:30 p.m. mountain time on August 18, 2014. The applicable NAICS code is 811212 with a small business size standard of $25.5 million. This solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offeror must be verified and certified in the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) portal website www.vetbiz.gov time of award. The solicitation reference is VA259-14-R-0617 - Preventative Maintenance of Sharp Copier Services- VA Salt Lake City Health Care System (VASLCHCS), and should be referenced in all correspondence/inquiries.
