Preventative Maintenance Elevators & Escalators
The Contractor(s) shall provide all materials and labor to satisfy the State of Delawares need for Preventative Maintenance - Elevators and Escalators as described herein.
Elevator repair shall be on a twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week basis. Emergency call back response time shall be no more than 90 minutes.
