4 November 2019 the updated attachments have been posted: the PWS, software list and the questions and answers.
The secure TDP will be uploaded today. To gain access will require the DD2345 filled in completely, current and signed. Send the request for access and form to the PCO's listed on this effort via email. Once access is approved the TDP may be accessed on FBO. The TDP has the Distribution D statement applied to the documents.
