The United States Army Contracting Command - Warren has a requirement for the following item to support the Medium Mine Protective Vehicle (MMPV) Type II. Item: System Technical Support (STS) and Systems Sustainment Technical Support Services (SSTS). This requirement will be solicited on a sole source basis to Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) and General Dynamics Land System - Canada (GDLS-C, subcontractor), under the statutory authority, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B). This one year requirement with four option periods is as a one-time buy contract under Cost-Plus Fixe Fee solicitation W56HZV-14-R-0203.
This solicitation will be issued on or about 27 June 2014, closing 28 July 2014. Please refer to the solicitation for all terms, conditions, specifications, requirements, etc. Delivery of items will be in accordance with (IAW) each Work Directive and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). This is a pre-solicitation notice, otherwise known as a synopsis (summary). The solicitation pertaining to this notice will not be available until approximately fifteen days from the date of this notice.
