President's Office Strategic Consulting Engagement
The University of Massachusetts President's Office is undertaking a review of the processes and services provided by several of its departments. This review is driven by a number of factors including the need to identify cost savings opportunities, improve operating efficiencies, and optimize the toolset that these departments are currently employing.
The University is seeking outside assistance to review current processes and approaches with the goal of developing a multi-year improvement strategy that enables the President's Office to leverage its resources, deliver effective service to all University constituents, and appropriately balance expediency with necessary approval processes.
