Prepare the Citys 2010-2014 Human Services Strategic Plan
The specific purpose is to hire a consultant to prepare a substantial update to the current 2006-2010 Human Services Strategic Plan. Based on a review of the submitted proposals, up to three (3) consultants will be selected for oral interviews. The interview, in conjunction with the proposal and qualifications submitted, will be used to identify the consultant(s) selected.
