Prepare a System Security & Emergency Preparedness Plan for Transit System
The County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to prepare a complete System Security and Emergency Preparedness Plan (SSEPP) of the County's transit system. The plan, in accordance with the best practices for transit systems and described in the following paragraph, will provide the most practical and effective system security for the County's transit environment.
