Preparation of a Design Criteria Package for a Multi-purpose Sports Complex

The County is requesting qualifications from firms qualified
and experienced in preparing design criteria packages for multi-purpose sports complex designbuild
projects. The intent of this request is to secure the professional services necessary to
prepare a design criteria package for a new sports complex, which will consist of five (5) to six (6)
baseball/softball fields, three (3) multi-purpose turf fields, one (1) football field, one (1) multipurpose
field house, restaurant/office facility and related features. The professional selected and
retained as the Countys design criteria professional for this project WILL NOT be eligible to render
services under a subsequent design-build contract.
