Preparation of a Climate Action Plan (CAP)
Request for Proposals to solicit firms interested in providing assistance in the preparation of a Climate Action Plan (CAP) for the WRCOG Subregion (Western Riverside County). Using Strategic Growth Council Proposition 84 Sustainable Communities Planning Grant funds, this project will establish policies and priorities to enable WRCOG's member jurisdictions and CAP partners to implement strategies that successfully fulfill the requirements of AB 32 and SB 375. The 30-month work program is expected to commence in late January or early February 2012.
